One of the more exciting things parents can do to make oral care fun for their children is to join them in the fun! Brushing your teeth with your children creates a wonderful bonding moment between you two. Showing your child how you brush your teeth, and letting them mimic you is a wonderful way to show them how proper oral care is done. Having fun toothbrushes are also a wonderful way to make oral care exciting for your kids! If your child has a favorite cartoon movie or superhero, having their toothbrushes coincide with that is a wonderful way to get them excited and eager to brush their teeth.
Having a yummy tasting toothpaste is another great way to get kids excited about oral care! There are so many types of toothpastes made just for children, helping them enjoy the experience much, much more. Having a singalong is another good way to get children excited about brushing their teeth. Children tend to learn and respond more to music than words, so making the experience a musical one is a sure way to get the on the right track of wanting to take care of their smile.
