Meet the Ft. Collins Dental Team

Dr. Shiloh Lindsey

Ft. Collins dentist, Dr. Shiloh LindseyBorn and raised in the area, Dr. Lindsey is honored to provide complete family and cosmetic dental care to her neighbors. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology before completing dental school Summa Cum Laude and as the valedictorian at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center School of Dentistry in 1999. Her general practice residency as Denver Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center was completed in 2000, and she then went on to work for six months as an associate before opening her own practice in 2001. Dr. Lindsey commits herself to ongoing education, making lifelong learning a priority.

Dr. Lindsey and her husband are parents to a Siberian cat. They split their time between Fort Collins and Estes Park. They enjoy the Colorado mountains, skiing, camping, hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. She also loves scuba diving and reading. Her passion is travel because she loves experiencing new places and cultures.

Jordan, Dental Hygienist

Jordan is a Fort Collins native and loves to spend time with her mom Cindy, twin brother Josh, and boyfriend Shawn. Jordan has been with the Aspen Dental Care practice for 6 years where she previously worked as Dr. Lindsey’s expanded duties dental assistant. Jordan pursued her goal of becoming a hygienist and attended Dental Hygiene school at the Community College of Denver, and is now practicing as one of Dr. Lindsey’s Registered Dental Hygienist’s. In her free time, Jordan likes to practice yoga, volunteer for numerous charities including Colorado Mission of Mercy, a yearly two day free dental care clinic, and spend time outdoors. Jordan is excited to be a part of the Aspen Dental Care Team again and reconnect with all of the practice’s great patients.

 

Julia, Dental Hygienist

Julia joined our practice in 1997. Then she received her certification from Front Range Community College as an expanded duties dental assistant. She then graduated in 2009 from Community College of Denver Dental Hygiene. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Colorado State University during her first few years at our office. Julia is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association. She and her husband enjoying spending time with their two sons and families.

 

Sherri, Office Manager

Sherri earned her dental assisting certificate and associate’s degree from Utah Technical College. She has worked in the dental field for over 30 years and called our office home for the last 17. Sherri’s favorite aspect of our office is the commitment our team has for each patient. When she’s away from the office, Sherri and her husband of 30 years enjoy time with their two sons and their wives, two daughters, and granddaughter.

 

Michelle, Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

Michelle has been in the dental field since 2010. She graduated from Front Range Community College with a Certificate in Dental Assisting and went on to earn her additional degree in Expanded Duties Dental Assisting. Due to Michelle’s desire to work in the dental field at a young age, her passion for dentistry and compassion toward our patients is extraordinary! She started out as a patient of Dr. Lindsey’s in 2000 and joined our team in 2012. Being a Fort Collins native, Michelle loves hiking, running, camping, and spending time with her family, friends, and animals.

 

Melissa, Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

I graduated from IntelliTec College in 2011 with a certificate in Dental Technology. After working in the Dental field for over 4 years, I realized that this is where I am meant to be. I furthered my skills taking classes to become and Expanded Duties Dental Assistant while living and working in Grand Junction. I got married to my amazing husband Jammol and we moved here to Fort Collins. I love this town and I am so excited to be working at such a fantastic office. Dental Assisting has become my passion and I wouldn’t have chosen anything different for myself. After living in Colorado for 15 years, my hobbies include hiking, biking, camping, and running. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends

 

Mercedes, Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

Mercedes graduated with her dental assisting degree in May of 2016, and shortly after joined our practice. She has been a patient of Aspen Dental Care since she was 6. She furthered her dental assisting education by becoming an expanded duties dental assistant at CU Denver. Mercedes is a Fort Collins native and loves to spend her time outdoors with her puppy and family. She is currently attending MSU to get her bachelor’s degree in nutrition.

 

Jami, Office Coordinator

Jami has been with Aspen Dental Care for a few years,  but she’s not new to the field of dentistry. She has over 10 years of experience in the field, including positions as an assistant, and she understands dental procedures very well. Her positive attitude helps make patients feel very comfortable. She has a wonderful husband and three amazing children.
